When we attended the bridal show at Stonehedge, we were fortunate to win a free night's stay at the Hampton Inn at the Mall of Georgia.
There were more vendors then attendees at said bridal show and so basically Al, Lisa and I took home the lionshare of all the prizes.
So this was the foundation of our little stay-cation. I wanted stay overnight somewhere to cement the delusion that I was actually on vacation. Medieval Times turned out to be a 3 hour event, so it was already 10:30 pm by the time we checked into our hotel.
It was kind of a shame to waste our free night's stay and not just chill out and do nothing for the whole day, but alas, I am productive woman (or just insane).
We had a pleasant experience and their free breakfast the next day was pretty decent.
Overall a decent experience with the Hampton Inn.
