Not completely wedding related, but I accompanied Shari tonight to the Atlanta Pictage User Group meeting held at Java Vino in the Highlands.
The featured speaker was Matt Adcock of Del Sol photography.

He's a bit of a celebrity in the photography world, so it was really cool to meet him in person.
He spoke about using off camera lighting and it was so interesting to learn more about his techniques and business strategy.

It was also a really great network opportunity to meet some other local photographers and just get my face out there.

While Matt was speaking he mentioned how lucky and grateful he is to have the job he does and not be chained to the 9 to 5 rat race.
Of course all that's going through my head is.....yeah, must be nice.

That's my goal and I'm hoping to get there one day, whether it's through Shari's business or completely going off in a totally different direction on my own.

It was just another recent enforcer that I am not cut out to work the normal 9 to 5.
