In Style Events

I had also found In Style Events during my wedding planner research and decided to schedule an appointment to meet with Charmaine.

We met today at Caribou coffee for our initial consultation. I didn't feel like our personalities clicked and I didn't get the sense from her that she could handle a super chaotic environment. She seemed very sweet and actually brought me a gift (a set of scented tea lights). However, in all of her brochures and pamphlets there were countless spelling and grammar errors, to the point of where I couldn't understand what she was trying to convey. Now, I know this sounds super harsh and VERY snobby/picky, but part of me is kind of like, as a professional, you should really have someone proofread your business material that you give out to clients.
Her prices seemed pretty standard as to what is being charged by competitors, so to be honest there was nothing that really stood out about this company.

Regardless, I chose not to hire In Style Events to coordinate my wedding.
